The Vasco’s team makes a modern cooking, with French, Mediterranean, Thaï or Japonese products. Every season, it’s a new gourmet getaway, a world-trip through meals bodly prepared. “Crusty tuna with spices, rice and red curry sauce”, “cannelloni of smoked salmon stuffed with crab and cheese” or “Iberian marinated pluma, roasted potatoes and red onions, purée chorizo”… Were this meals mouth-watering? There’s still others to discover.
GLASS OF WINE SELECTION
The Vasco is fitted with a wine dispenser that allow to propose you refined wines in the best possible conditions : Saint-Estèphe, Château Le Crock 2012 – Meursault, Domaine Rémi Henri Delagrande et Fils 2012 – Pouilly Fumé, Serge Dagueneau et Filles 2013 – Haut Médoc, Château Ramage La Batisse 2007… The most selection for your pleasure!

Situated on the North region, near the motorway London-Calais-Paris and near Lille and Béthune, le Domaine de la Chartreuse is made up with a 4-star hotel, La Chartreuse du Val Saint Esprit, a 3-star hotel, BEST WESTERN La Métairie and a business center perfect for all your private or professional events. Three restaurants will embellished your stay, Le Robert II, gourmet restaurant, La Distillerie, traditional French cooking brasserie, Le Vasco, modern cooking brasserie. A 15 000m²-kitchen garden with flowers, vegetables and fruits is supplying our three restaurants. Then to make you having a better stay, you will find tennis playgrounds, a fitness room and some lounges.
